✳️PUMPKIN PIE
Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 300-500g of peeled pumpkin
- 2-5 tsp sugar
- 2-3 tsp cinnamon
Grate the pumpkin. Roll out the first sheet of dough, put it on a baking sheet. We put the grated pumpkin, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. On top of the second rolled out sheet of dough. Pinch the edges, lubricate with egg and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until ready.
✳️PUMPKIN PUREE
Ingredients:
- 1kg of pumpkin
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric
- 50g sl.oil
We clean the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, put it in a baking dish. Sprinkle the rast.oil, salt, pepper, add spices. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Grind in a blender together with sl.oil and get a puree.
✳️PUMPKIN COOKIES
Ingredients (for 12pcs):
- 150g pumpkin
- a handful of nuts and seeds (I took walnuts + flax and sesame)
- 2 tbsp. l. sugar or sugar cream
- cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg - a pinch at a time
- 2 tbsp. flour (took wheat and corn)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- turmeric for color - optional
- 0.5 tbsp. odorless vegetable oil
Grate the pumpkin, add the seeds and chopped nuts and all the other ingredients. Mix well, make cookies and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
✳️PUMPKIN PANCAKES
Ingredients:
- 300g of peeled pumpkin
- 0.5 tbsp . kefir
- 1 egg
- 10st.l. flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater, add the remaining ingredients, mix. Fry like regular pancakes.
✳️PUMPKIN SOUP-PUREE
Ingredients:
- 700-900g pumpkin
- 100-150g of corn
- 500g shrimp
- 400-600ml of water (depending on what consistency of soup you want to get)
- 200ml cream (10%)
- dried garlic, paprika and thyme - or other spices to your taste
Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Pour the rast into the pan.oil, spread the pumpkin, salt, pepper, add spices, corn and fry for a couple of minutes on low heat. Fill with water and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the fire, punch with a blender. Return to the fire, add cream and peeled shrimp. Bring to a boil and the soup is ready.
✳️PUMPKIN CUPCAKE
Ingredients:
- 140g sugar
- 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp . flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 0.5 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 500g of peeled pumpkin
- 1 tbsp . walnuts
- 0.5 tbsp . raisins
For decoration:
- 2 bars of white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- food coloring
Sugar is mixed with rast.butter, add eggs, flour. baking powder, cinnamon, chopped nuts, soaked raisins and grated pumpkin. Mix everything together.
We lubricate the mold with rust.oil (I have 25cm in diameter), pour out the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes until ready.
For the glaze, melt white chocolate in a water bath, add rust to it.oil and food coloring. Cover the cooled cupcake with icing.
✳️DINNER WITH PUMPKIN
Ingredients:
- 200-300g pumpkin
- 400g sausages for frying
- 100g of cheese
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, season with salt and pepper, add spices (I took red hot pepper and oregano), sprinkle with rast.oil. Add the sliced raw kupaty and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until the pumpkin and sausages are ready. Add grated or diced cheese.
✳️PUMPKIN CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
- 1st. rice
- 500g pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 tbsp.l. mayonnaise or sour cream
- 400g minced meat
✳️MILLET PORRIDGE WITH PUMPKIN
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 1 tbsp. millet
- 150-200g pumpkin
- 2 tbsp . milk
- 1 tbsp . water
- sugar to taste
- a handful of dried apricots
- honey or syrup
✳️PUMPKIN AND PEAR CANAPES
Ingredients (for 12 mini rolls):
- 150g pumpkin
- 12 strips of bacon
- 1 pear
- dried thyme
