gonna be honest, as a pro israeli, i appreciate the sacrifices of lehi, but they were assholes. They wanted a totalitarian society of jews established, and attempted to establish relations with the nzis and soviets. They lost a LOT of support for that
@@Liam_ben97 yeah. a lot. online. just google it. Im on your side, so i dont really wish to argue too much. Lehi did, of course, stop their "flirtation" with nazis at some point, but its still important to know without following blindly. If we do, we're no better than the "from the river to the sea"
@@attixio7266 Not true. The only relations they had with Germany was to free Jews and help them immigrate to Israel. In fact, in 1947 Lehi threatened Hugh Trevor-Roper's life because of his book, feeling that he attempted to exonerate the German populace from responsability. As for the Soviet Union, both Lehi AND Haganah had relations with them, and can you really blame any of them? The Soviet Union was the only country willing to supply our militias with arms, if they didn't trade with them it would come on our expense. They did what they had to do so we all survive and win.
