I am an Arab, and I only understood 50%. This is a colloquial dialect of one of the Arab countries called Lebanon and every Arab country has a colloquial congregation that other Arabs do not understand, but we gathered the mother Arabic language. As for dialects, they are branches of the language and it is a mixture between many words inside and outside the mother tongue

This is old poetry in Arabic. It's impossible to translate this 100% because there is words in Arabic doesn't have translate.. Arabic is a different language. You can find a translation but not 100% of meanning
