طرز تهیه روکر موز😋
How to make banana rocker😋
برای مهمونات درست کن عاشقش میشن🥰

✅️مواد لازم:
🍌یک بسته پودر ژله موز+یک و نیم لیوان آب جوش
🍌دو قاشق غذاخوری پودر ژلاتین+دوسوم لیوان آب سرد
🍌دو لیوان شیر
🍌دو قاشق نشاسته ذرت
🍌دو سوم لیوان شکر
🍌نوک قاشق چایخوری وانیل
🍌یک بسته خامه صبحانه(۲۰۰گرم)
🍋یک و نیم بسته بیسکوئیت پتی بور خرد شده
✅️ingredients:
🍌A package of banana jelly powder + one and a half glasses of boiling water
🍌 Two tablespoons of gelatin powder + two thirds of a glass of cold water
🍌Two glasses of milk
🍌Two spoons of corn starch
🍌Two thirds of a glass of sugar
🍌The tip of a teaspoon of vanilla
🍌 a package of breakfast cream (200 grams)
🍋 One and a half packages of crushed petit borre biscuits
✅️طرز تهیه به ترتیب:
۱.ژله با ابجوش ترکیب و روی حرارت کتری حل بشه
۲.پودر ژلاتین با آب سرد ترکیب و روی حرارت کتری حل بشه
۳.شیر نشاسته ذرت شکر رو ترکیب کنید و روی حرارت هم بزنید تا غلیظ بشه
۴.غلیظ که شد خامه وانیل و ژلاتین را اضافه کرده و از روی حرارت بردارید تا ولرم بشه
۵.قالب رو چرب کرده و به ترتیبی که گفته شد ژله ها و موز رو بریزید
۶.بعد کرم خنک شده رو با بیسکوئیت ترکیب کرده و روی ژله بریزید
و دو ساعت در یخچال قرار بدید
✅️نکته: هر دفعه که ژله ها رفت یخچال زیاد نمونه در حد نیم بند شدن کافیه اگه زیاد بمونه و کامل ببنده ممکنه لایه ها از هم باز بشن

✅️How to prepare in order:
1. Mix the jelly with alcohol and dissolve it on the heat of the kettle
2. Mix gelatin powder with cold water and dissolve it on the heat of the kettle
3. Combine milk, corn starch, sugar and stir until it thickens
4. When it becomes thick, add vanilla cream and gelatin and remove from heat until it becomes lukewarm.
5. Grease the mold and pour the jellies and bananas in the order mentioned
6. Next, combine the cooled cream with biscuits and pour over the jelly
and put it in the refrigerator for two hours
✅️Note: every time the jellies are left in the refrigerator, it is enough to close the sample half, if it stays too long and completely closes, the layers may separate.🥰
