@GLADIATOR! islam düşmanlarina ölüm.YAŞASIN İRAN İSLAM ŞİİLER! YAŞASIN ARİYAN MİLLETİ. ölüm olsun çocuk Katili israile ölüm olsun siz islam düşmanlarina.
Azeri and Persian are both Iranian. Azer= Fire, and Baygaan / Baijan= the place to keep or baygani something. Zartosht was from Azerbaijan/ Azerbaigan where he kept his fire/ Azer
Awesome! for global audience, subtitles in English will help people understand the poetry, performance and the rhythm behind this beautiful music. Just a humble suggestion. Salam from a Pakistani to my Irani brothers and sisters! :)
Johnny Brown and Indian is not a language it's a nationality. Informal version of Hindi and Urdu are mutually intelligible not it's not true for the formal version of the languages
@XxKammyLovexX This song mix Kurdish and Persian and about Autumn, the boy who wear browan clothes this is a Kurdish clothes for man in Kurdistan also some of the music tools is mix Kurdish and Persian (Iranian).

OMG. This was my first time watching u guys, and I was skeptical at first but Soon I realized how awsome your music is. Keep up ti good work guys.so proud of u.
These guys are incredible! They sing in Farsi, Kurdish, Lurie, Turkish, etc....They also play all traditional Iranian instruments.... Just beautiful music and arts!
@siamand68 You don't have to dare me my friend. I am an historian. A Kurdish one at that. But i agree that alot of Farsi words did come from Kurdish. But Kurds and the Iranic people came from the same tribes. Those tribes spoke the same language. You are just thinking about Kurdish and it's culture. But Kurds come from the Medes, in which the Iranian people also come from. Like i said, modern day Farsi has been altered, so i already made that point. "Old Persian" is similar to Kurmani and Zazaki
This is a powerful song. These juxtapositions capture perfectly the plight of the displaced & alienated who in their effort to assimilate, slowly lose their connection to their roots, and who they once were. Thank you
Thank you for your intricate observations. It’s very rewarding to read such thought out comments that also reflect our sentiments when we were putting the piece together (now around 10 years ago!)
then what does Goard mean? I would be happier if it was first a persian word but i don't think so. So are you saying that those who fled are now Kurds? Is it that what you belive, I have nothing against Ferdowsi nor do I see him as a lier, he's the one saying that Kirkuk has always been a kurdish city. Because we have lived in todays Kurdistan way longer before the era when Islam was expanding. Why did these massacres happen, didn't the arabs want as many muslims as possible?
omgg master piece, though did anyone else notice the great amount of hair the guy with flute had i swear i thought it's fake, lol not tryna be critical but just pointing out

Ajam is absolutely the best Irani music band ever put together. They're real and nothing is fake, their style is very unique and simple. I love the music, the lyrics and instruments. I can see and feel they sing and perform from the heart and they connect to people immediately. I think one of reasons they haven't produced cheesy and boring videos or copy someone else's work, etc... Is because they're not in America and they're in Europe. Unfortunately the majority or I can say almost all of the Iranian musicians in Los Angeles have become blood sucking money loving fame junkys who don't care bout fans, quality, art, poetry and Persian culture and music. Everything with them is fake, show off and hallow. All they care about is to make more money and to get famous and they'll do anything to achieve that. They pretend they're all friends and care about one another, but off cameras they'll trash talk each other and want to destroy their competitors. Anyway, I love Ajam and I hope they
@siamand68 I have taken a Farsi course in college and we were told by our instructor that Kurdish is a more pure version of what Persians speak. This is not surprising because Cyrus the Great was half Kurdish from the medes. Nevertheless they are both beautiful languages.
neither of these historical accounts are 100% accurate anyway. those who believe Kurd is actually the Persian word Goard, also say when Zahak (a semi-mythical -probably Semite- ruler of Iran according to Shahnameh Ferdowsi) started killing the Iranian male youth systematically, then the Persians in Central and South of Iran tried to push some of their youth to flee away from the massacre by sending them to today's Kurdistan, mostly in mountainous areas, where they could be safer ...
but i heard a different story: Kurd is Arabicized (Sumerians were also mostly Semites: Arabs, Jews, Assyrians) for Gord, Persian for a "warrior, champion, hero" and the like (except for the Lebanese dialect and perhaps some others, in comparison to Persian, the Arabic language 4 sounds less: G as in go, J as in the sound zh, Ch as in children and P ...) so, to replace those 'missing' sounds, they use the closest equivalent, for example, they pronounce Pepsi as Bebsi and so on ...
I think Gord came a time much later than Qard. But the word Kurd comes from the semites(sumerians) yes. But before they mentioned qard, we were gutians and many other tribes, kingdoms later united into Mede empire.
@memzie i dont agree with u, im sure if u go through history of languages, u will find out that Kurdish is completely different language with its own history and there are so many farsi words that comes from Kurdish. i dare u to do some web searching and read some articles.
Im totally agree with u now. i didnt know that u aware of this informations, because it wasnt seem like u know this in the first cm, so that i dare u to do some researches.
@siamand68 Indo Aryan languages so they came from the same family. But Farsi has been altered so much over the years from it's purity. Otherwise it would be from the same line : )
@draco89 if it is 'khazan' it means 'Fall, Autumn' in Persian ... but here, khezan is a Kurdish word apparently, which may have a totally different application for that word, although Kurdish and Persian come from the same Iranian languages ...
@@Islam-1991 you're a jew or arab, not even a aryan or maybe a mountain turk, real kurd are lions and iran is their nest. I feel sorry for you you have no roots :)
