€2k to €3k is a totally normal price for the private market. I didn't make this content for a specific group like students, as you can see from the title. If I wanted to make it only for students, then I would mention it. anyway students on a budget have other options, including shared rooms, studios, and student housing. Additionally, students can apply for rent allowance (huurtoeslag) and look into university housing for cost-effective solutions
