This is really the wrong way to look at the situation in my opinion It should be boiled down to bad vs good coaches Not all people are Serious powerlifters who want to compete internationally. Even if they were, there’s isn’t any coach in Kuwait who is qualified with proven results to prep those powerlifters anyways (expect for one of two) To say that foreign coaches are exploiting a trend without mentioning that everyone is actually exploiting the current trend is really missing the point here. Also let’s not forget that the majority of coaches are foreign anyway. There isn’t enough local talent to support the market demand so the comparison is flawed from the beginning. To conclude making this a foreign vs local comparison is not productive. There is little mention of talent, experience qualifications and methodology which is the correct paradigm to have this conversation in.
