I am a senior software engineer working in IT for several years. The main issue with government websites is that they have made significant errors. The government should consider outsourcing these software projects to reputable companies capable of providing optimal solutions. For instance, when applying for exams it is inconvenient to manually write and upload all necessary documents. A more efficient approach would be to integrate certification data with our Aadhar cards. This would reduce the burden of document submission, and skilled IT professionals can offer excellent solutions for the government. The key is for the government to seek assistance from proficient IT companies.

Although the Government system while moving files is very lengthy, even though after the introduction of computer system customised software helps to locate the concerned case online. IAS Sirji is evaluating the basic root of flowing of files related to public grievances. This is an examination of accountability when duties with powers are fixed by district administration/ Government.

How the computer operators are unable to answer even the simplest of queries of the officer, shows how incompetent government employees are present in the system. Imagine genuinely sick or elderly people trying hard to find answers to simple problems, reach out to these employees somehow and don't get their answers - only because the employees don't understand the system correctly. No wonder the digitization is a failure if the employees are not trained or not willing to find answers. Had it been someone other than the officer, would that guy even try that hard to get to the point that you can even search using "name" also, and not only the "unique ID"?? The caller would only hear - that's not possible, please don't waste our time. And that's only one example. Well done, Mr. Deepak. I really hope your efforts bring about a change in the services for the common man. You're an inspiration.

The problem here is lack of knowledge of technical know how and implementation of all the rules ordered. Lack of manpower is also a problem here but things are slowly improving with the help of IAS officers like Deepak Rawat way of working and his vision of setting everything straight forward
being an IAS officer is a good thing you are there to help people if something is not right you are correcting it is a good thing but don't forget u are talking to a human only and there's a certain way of talking with every govt employee you can't just talk to them like that treat them as a animal. if you want to tell them there mistake do this in a proper manner u don't own those people if something is not right report it tell them their mistake and ask them to correct it but at least talk to them in a right way and behave in humanly manner.

I works as a Quality Inspector in 108,102 emergency service UP. I also do these kind of inspection. Trust me govt have lots of beautifull plans out there but some corrupt people never let you know your beneficials activity.. but I do with honesty. & will be ❤❤
