सर नमस्ते ! मैं मार्गदर्शन चाहता हूँ। प्लीज मदद करें। मेरा सर्विस मैटर का सिविल केस हाई कोर्ट में लंबित है। 12-sep-2022 को केस का हियरिंग हुआ था जिसमें जज साहब ने ऑर्डर किया "two weeks time is allowed to remove the defects"। मगर अब वकील साहब मेरे केस की हियरिंग नहीं करा रहे हैं। हियरिंग कराने बोलता हूँ तो मुझसे डाँटकर गलत तरीके से बात करता है और टालते जा रहे हैं। मुझे क्या करना चाहिए? क्या मैं अपने केस की पैरवी खुद कर सकता हूँ?

Sir, you have explained as well as guided to dial the case for victims but I find in my case that Learned AFT Lucknow did not deal with a fair and transparent manner. In addition to this, Learned AFT LKO supported the anomalies of the IAF authorities. The facts are in brief as follows :- (a) as per AF discharge policy letter dated 06 Oct 1982, applied discharge from service on Educational Grounds under grievance 95 Ground Duty Officers Course at 4rth posting unit ie 8 Wing, AF. (under sec 26 of AF act 1950). (b) Remedy of Grievances (RoGs) against 2 officers and 1 airman are already pending at 3rd posting unit ie 26 ED (dett), AF, C/O AFA, Hyd-43. Without deciding aforesaid grievances, the competent authorities of the IAF approved discharge on Compassionate Grounds. However, there is no application, applied on Comp grounds. Also, without following terms of engagement of ENROLMENT (20 years Regular Service and 06 years Reserve Service), the authorities of Air Force Record Office (AFRO) issued a Conditional Discharge Order (DO) dated 23 Feb 1995 and the same was published in 8 Wing NE POR as discharge wef 15 Mar 1995 and reserve wef 16 Mar 1995 (for 2 years). ( against enrolment condtion 20 yrs regular service and 06 yrs reserve, reserve is a transfer as per AF Rules). At 8 Wing, AF, I was issued duly filled and signed a certificate of Transfer to AF Regular Reserve Service (Pr-II) and a blank Discharge Certificate (Pt-II) in the Discharge Book IAFF(P) 53 on 14 Mar 1995. In absence of proper discharge certificate, I could not seek employment elsewhere. I lost many opportunies since then like Gp 'C' post, TGT Teacher, LT Teacher, Sp BTC (Primary Teacher) etc. At Learned Armed Forces Tribunal, Lucknow, my case (T.A. 181/2010) was dismissed by keeping a side of the facts unfortunately. (Not allowed rejoining in commissioning nor allowed to continue the service as an airman). Now the same is pending before Hon'ble HC lucknow as case no. 30543 of 2017. So far, I have lost my precious time (more than 26 years), money, opprtunities in civil etc. In this condition, pl. guide. With thanks.

You don't need permission. Just go there and tell Hon'ble justice that you are "PARTY IN PERSON". SO now you are free to fight your own case.
