This reminded me of judge in Kolkata high court who even after knowing that the person standing before him is mentally unstable and couldn't deliver his grievance properly, still gave him much time and chance to make his point. He showed empathy towards the aggrieved person and also told others not to mock him as he is standing in the court of law. The attitude of a judge shows whether he's truly capable of being a judge.

यह व्यक्ति गरीब है इसीलिए वकील नहीं कर सकता है इस पर वकील करने के लिए दबाव बनाया गया, और अपने केस को लड़ने के लिए अगली तारीख भी नहीं दी गई, साक्षय प्रस्तुत करने के लिए समय भी नहीं दिया गया, और याचिका वापस लेने के लिए दबाव बनाया गया, तो यह व्यक्ति न्याय कैसे प्राप्त कर सकता है।

Look at the questions posed by the judge to the poor and hapless man. Even out of sympathy when the lawyer standing near by tries to help the poor man, the judge admonishes him. In my opinion the judge should have put aside the bunch of papers, ordered a glass of water for him and told him to tell the problem and the possible solution in his mind. Does it cost anything? An IAS officer once commented: Judiciary is the biggest instrument of injustice.

mam there is a value of the precious time of the court, the petitioner needs to understand what is the judge asking and what is he answering, the judge asked a simple question that if the petitioner has hold over the the land mentioned in the decree then what is the problem, just because his naksha shows more land alloted to him is not a concrete proof of his ownership over the disputed land, its as simple as that, if the naksha is accepted then everyone will file their own land nakshas in the court and fight for the land which doesnt even belong to them, we dont know if the petitioner is right or wrong but to support your arguments you have to attach concrete proofs with your petition.

न्यायालय की आखों में शायद इसी कारण पट्टी बंधी हुई है।कानून को इसलिए ही अंधा कहा जाता है। जज साहब आवेदक दूसरी पास है,उन्हे परालीगल बालेंटियर या राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण से मदद दिलवा कर सरकारी वकील करवाना चाहिए।
