1kg meat
4 tbsp mustard oil.
3 medium sized onion
Fry the onions until golden.
1 green cardamom

3 pieces cloves
½ tsp spoon cumin.

Now put the lid on the cooker.
Keep it on high flame until one whistle comes.
Low flame!And cook it for 20 minutes.
Apply mustard oil on your hands and chop the arbi.
This will not cause itching in the hands.
After cutting the arbi, wash it again.
Wash with the help of a spoon to avoid itching.
Add two tablespoons of mustard oil and heat it.
Add arbi and make it fry
Add two pinches of salt.
Cook until golden brown.
Now forget the cooked meat.
Add tomatoes and fry.

Now mix the fried arbi with the meat.
And stir it with a spoon for 1 minute.
Now add as much water as you want to prepare the broth.
Now cover it again and let it boil for 3 more minute.
