Dr. Vinod K.Mishra MBBS, MD, DM (Gastro) is a senior gastroenterologist , herpetologist, and endoscopist. He is an alumni of prestigious post graduate institute of medical education & research, (PGIMER) Chandigarh. He is a busy gastroenterologist performing about 1000 endoscopic procedures per month. He specializes in liver problems and all gastrointestinal diseases. He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.
The GASTRO LIVER HOSPITAL, where he works is a gastroenterology and herpetology super speciality hospital. Hospital has MEDICAL, and SURGICAL wings. It has ICU and plenty of accommodation facilities of different levels. The hospital performs all complicated and advanced surgeries under team of very senior and experienced gastro surgeon . All laparoscopic and open surgeries done .Advanced operations as whipple’s procedure and oesophageal replacement s are done regularly not to mention of routine surgeries.This is possibly the only centre in north India doing cholecystectomy with intra operative ERCP on regular basis for Gall Bladder stone and CBD stones.The endoscopy unit has following facilities----

सर मेरा वजन 95 kg hअब लगभग मुझको 80 ग्राम प्रोटीन रोज चाहिए 1 ग्राम प्रोटीन में 4 कैलोरी होती है अगर हम प्रोटीन के सोर्स को खाते हैं जैसे की मूंगफली चना राजमा इत्यादि तो इसमें हमको कार्बोहाइड्रेट और वसा से भी कैलोरी मिलती है सर पूछने का मतलब यह है कि हम वजन कम करना चाहते हैं और प्रोटीन भी मेंनटेन रखना चाहते हैं तो अगर खाद्य पदार्थ खाते हैं तो कैलोरी बहुत ज्यादा हो जाएगी इससे कैसे बचे कृपया सलाह दिजिए क्या हम वे प्रोटीन ले सकते हैं

GOOD MORNING Dr. Saheb! सर, आपने प्रोटीन के बारे मे सभी कुछ बता दिया परन्तु यह नही बताया कि 80kg. वजन वाले नार्मल व्यक्ति को कौन सा खाद्यपदार्थ कितना खाने से उसके शरीर मे प्रोटीन की पूर्ति हो जायेगी। यह कैसे पता चलेगा कि आज अमुक वस्तु इतनी खा ली है तो प्रोटीन की पूर्ति हो गयी अब और ना खायें।

I m gym going so i consume whey protein last 10 months so now I break so but my parents are warry about protein powder i so what way protein is not harmful it's healthy and benifit .... Iike my weight is 70 so i think I take 100 gm around protein intake daily but this mark too high so i fill my protein intake.... And every 2-3 month my full body checkup and test so i know in body is all well or not....
