पांडे जी, मैं कोरोना के टाइम AIIMS में ड्यूटी पे था और मैंने एक अजीब चीज देखा। चुकी AIIMS में किसी को बिना पैरवी के सीट नहीं मिल रही थी, मैंने देखा 90 पर्सेंट केस में जो भर्ती के लिए आ रहा था वो कही ना कही अपने जाति मंत्री, विधायक या सांसद या IAS IPS, ke पैरवी से आ रहा था। तब मुझे इस बात का अहसास हुआ जी आज भी सामाजिक पूंजी हर जाति का अलग अलग है । दलित का सामाजिक पूंजी कम है तो एक दो ही लोग आ पा रहे थे।

यह कन्हैया को समझाओ कि अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी में दलित छात्राओं को आरक्षण का हक क्यों नहीं दिलवा रहे हो

Remove this crappy caste system from Hinduism. There should be only one caste and that is Hindu. There should be only one religion and that is Humanity. I belong to ST, i come from a well educated and prosperous family and i get discriminated every now and then. Even in India's one of the best institute.

@@flick9066 I can imagine your frustrations. We need to understand that this caste system which was originally designed to divide labour in the society is obsolete in the present context. It's because the present form of caste system has been corrupted since past 800-1000 years, mainly because it is based on one's lineage rather than one's aptitude. The problem is that people particularly in the higher castes are not willing to let go of the caste of their families, even if it doesn't give them any monetary or career benefits. It's simply because there is presently no incentive for them to let go of their respective castes, which serves no purpose other than boosting their false egos. The present system of reservation though must have been designed with the assumption that the caste system will be diluted as the economic conditions of this the lower castes will improve. This certainly has not been achieved and has instead become a corrupt political tool of vote collection by creating pseudo fault lines within the economically downtrodden sections of the society. In my humble opinion this caste system will be diluted in time, when people start identifying with their contemporaries based upon their economic conditions. No doubt it will create a new 'Economic Division' in the society. But with time and the rapid development such divisions will keep narrowing. As they say, "One can only replace an old habbit with an equally inspiring new habbit."
