Sir maine jab ground floor banaya tha tab naksha pass karwaya tha lekin 2021 me first floor banaya lekin naksha pass nhi karwaya aab ky krwana padega aur kitna fees lagega batado ...estimate amount hi btado lagbhg

Sir mera ghar 1500 sq feet mei hai jisme ground floor mei mei 600 sq feet mei dukan ki daren nikalane or banki stilt parking chhod dunga (residential purpose). or first floor par 1500 sq feet par residential pupose ka gahr banaunga . Kitna kharcha lagega or ye kis type ka plan hoga commercial or residential (Dehradun )

Sir gharwal mai sidi numa kheth hote hai ye apko pata hi hoga to Mera question hai ki hamara kheth sidi numa hai paper Mai 2000 sqft hai but usko expansion karke wo near about 3500 ho gya hai uske lye kya karna hoga nakse kese pass hoga please suggest. I m awaiting your response.

Naksha pass nhi hoga balki jo construction kiya hai wah compound ho jayega . Compounding fee punjab government ke compounding bye laws ke according lagegi. Aap ne video dekha uske liye aapka aabhar vyakt karta hun.

आपकी भूमि PWD में क्यों जा रही है? क्या आपका मकान अधिग्रहण किया गया है यदि ये दोनों बातें नही है तब आप पुराने मकान को गिरकर मानचित्र संबंधित प्राधिकरण से स्वीकृत कर सकते है।

Dear friend. Agar aap se koi rishwat ki maang kar raha hai to koi bhi paisa dene ki jarurat nhi hai. Aap ke nakshe ki application fee 500/- se kam jayegi. Sarkari kharche mai development fee aur kuch aur charge lagenge. Aapka plot lagbhag 33 meter hai aur residential mai 12 thousand mai naksha pass ho jana chahiye.kuch upar bhi ho sakta hai. Aap sab paiso ki rasid lena.

aree approxymetly to bata dete ki total kitna amount pay karna padta hai, maine to logon se suna hai ki thousands me amount pay karna padta hai, as our MDDA department is too currupt, so the employers of the authority charges very high amount to pass the map quickly otherwise they delay a lot. please help me to know 1250sq ft. plot. so i could have better idea about map passing charges.

Agar aap ka village area authority mai aata hai tab aapko bank se lone lene ke liye map pass karana jaruri hai. Yadi lone nhi bhi lena hai tab bhi according to rules map pass karana chahiye.

Kya aap ke pass Development Authority se unauthorized construction karne ka koi notice aaya hai? Yadi haa tab aap punjab me lagu rules ke according compounding map daakhil kijiye jo bhi fees lagegi uski receipt aapko milegi. Agar koi notice nhi aaya hai ya notice nhi kata hai tab bilkul silent bathiyga. Thnx

अभी उत्तराखंड में एक बार समाधान योजना 2021 चल रही है। आप अपना निर्माण शमन कर लीजिए अभी शमन पर वर्ष 2012 के भूमि सर्किल रेट लगेंगे।आपने बिना नक्शा पास कराये निर्माण किया है इसलिए कंपाउंड/शमन ही करना होगा।

Aligarh development authority se aap ka map pass ho jayega lekin jis jangan aap ka plot hai uska Mastar plan me land use kya hai ye aap ko authority me jakar pata karna hoga. Map pass karte time devlopment charge bhi lagega. Kitna kharcha aayega ye aapke map ko hi dekh kar pta lag sakta hai. Uchit hoga aap Authority ke A.E. se sampark kare. Thnx

सर अगर भुपयोग निकलवाने पर जमीन क्रीसी योग्य हो और महायोजना २०३१ में हो और नक्सा पास ना हो पा रहा हो कृषि योग्य भूमि होने के कारण तो क्या मकान निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया जा सकता है जबकि 2031 के महायोजना प्लान में हो कृपया बताएं

1500 sq feet ke map ke liye Application fee 335/ - jayegi. Uske baad development charge jayega aur charge bhi hai. Mujhe lagta hai sab milakar 30 se 35 thousand lagna chahiy. Aap development authority me jakar pta kar sate hai parntu map banane ke baad hi sahi dhanarashi batayi ja saki hai.
