In this video, I have described 5 simple Yogasana to cure burning feet sensation. These 5 simple but effective Yogasana gives you relief in burning, numb, tingling and dry feet problems.
If you practice these 5 Yogasana daily for 10-15 minutes then you can enhance blood circulation in your feet so the burning feet problem gets cured.

नमस्कार दोस्तों,
पैरों की नसों को नुकसान, कूल्हों, जांघों, पिंडलियों में अत्यधिक चर्बी जमा होना, कम पानी पीना, तनाव लेना, नींद की कमी, निष्क्रिय जीवनशैली और जंक फूड खाने से पैरों में जलन होती है।
इस वीडियो में, मैंने पैरों की जलन को ठीक करने के लिए 5 सरल योगासन का वर्णन किया है। ये 5 आसान लेकिन असरदार योगासन पैरों की जलन, सुन्नपन, झुनझुनी और सूखे पैरों की समस्या में दिलाते हैं राहत
अगर आप इन 5 योगासन का रोजाना 10-15 मिनट तक अभ्यास करते हैं तो आप अपने पैरों में रक्त संचार बढ़ा सकते हैं जिससे पैरों की जलन की समस्या ठीक हो जाती है।
मैंने आपके शरीर में विटामिन बी को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक सरल आहार का भी वर्णन किया ताकि विटामिन बी की कमी को ठीक किया जा सके।
अंत में, मैंने तुरंत राहत के उपाय पर चर्चा की जो आपको आपके पैरों की जलन की समस्या में तुरंत राहत देता है।

शानदार,बहुत अच्छा लगा।लाइक और सब्सक्राइब दोनों कर दिया है।आप ने जो सुझाव और रिमेडी बताया है उसे लागू जरूर करूंगा क्यों कि मेरे भी पैरों के तलवों में सोते समय भयंकर जलन होती है,जल्दी नींद नहीं आती,बेचैनी महसूस करता हूँ।पैरों को चादर में ठंडी जगह ले जाकर बार बार रखता हूँ।ऐसा ही करते करते जाने कब देर रात नींद लगती है।सुबह उठने पर ताज़गी महसूस इसीलिए नहीं होती।और कोई प्रॉब्लेम नहीं है,बस इसी से तंग महसूस करता हूँ।धन्यवाद भाई आपको।
