Age 60 yrs.stubborn pigmentation mark on top of the nose which is not fading away.Also face skin sagging with fine lines with wrinkles with uneven skin tone. Remedies??..

Ma'am mera follicles monitoring chl rhi hai ye 2nd cycle hai. Hcg injection bhi lga tha egg rapture hone ke liye 17 may ko. Uske baad se ek tablet duphaston bhi le rhi hu twice a day. 31 may ko ek discharge hua white discharge mein mixed tha reddish and brown colour. Uske baad se lower abdomen mein hlka hlka pain rehne lga. Mostly vo pain left side bhi feel hota h. Phir maine june 2nd ko ek upt kiya jisme halki faint line aayi thi. Breast mein b pain h halka halka tab se. Aur aaj june 4 ko mujhe doctor ke paas jana tha follow up checkup ke liye. Isliye maine morning mein ek upt kiya, but vo kit ek din pehle maine galti se open kr diya tha ,aur maine use acche se seal packed kiya hua tha. Aaj jab check kiya to us kit ne negative result show kiya. Maine new kit se 1 hour baad phir test kiya to usme hlki faint line show hui. Phir maine doctor ko vo kit dikhai to usne negative hai bola but usme faint line thi . But doctor ne mujhe dobara test krne k liye bola. Tab maine phir hospital mein hi ek upt kiya vo negative tha. Ab doctor ne bola ki duphaston lena band kr do periods aa jayenge to 3rd day par aana. Mujhe doubt h ki pregnancy hai. Kya karu ? Agar duphaston nhi lungi to ho skta hai periods aa jaye aur agr kuch hoga bhi to phir nhi hoga.. kuch advise dijiye as soon as possible.
