Nice tips. As usual explained in detail. Sometimes when I make bhindi it becomes soggy. Now I know the reason. Thanks a lot and please keep uploading simple recipes as well. Not everyone want restaurant style food all the time. For some of us who don't live in India its nice to learn traditional simple home recipes.

I cooked bhindi as per ur recipe with slight variation by using garlic and green chillies along with heeng and also added some cubes of fried potato to it. And it really turned out so awesome. That onion trick worked very well and also the masala mix was the real punch👻👌👌. Tons of thanks to u👍👍

the best part of your videos is the scientific approach while explaining that is u tell abt "why" part of your recipe...like why should add pyaaz ltr not before..the reactions..the ingredients will hv.I hv not seen any other Indian youtuber doing this.This is the sign of good chef..u know the process in n out...like international chefs..✌✌👍👌

I tried many methods but didn't work. Finally i followed this method and served ''bhindi'' to my swedish friends in Sweden and they ate the whole dish in few minutes like they were hungry from 5 days.
