Maida-1/4th cup
Cornflour-1/4th cup+2 tbspn
Oil- To Deep Fry
Manchurian Sauce:
Oil-1-2 tbspn
Chopped Garlic -3-4
Chopped Ginger
Spring Onion White
Onion-1
Bell pepper green-1/2
Bell pepper Red -1/2
Tomato ketchup-3 tbspn
Red chilli sauce-2 tbspn
Green chilly sauce-1 tbspn
Dark soy sauce-1-2 tbspn
White Vinegar-1 tsp
Green chillies-1-2
Sugar-1 tsp
