Mam I have tried making gobi manchurian so many times and everytime it was a disaster. This is the first time I tried to follow ur recipe and it was really amazing. My son loved it. I used to boil gobi first as it was shown in all other recipes and thus it was always soggy. But today I followed all ur tips and it was really crispy and tasty. I think this is the best recipe of gobi manchurian. I am writing this for those who read comments before trying any recipe. Guys honestly I have tried almost all recipes and this is really the best
I have made Gobhi Manchurian in various style last 20 years, but really i can say this is the perfect way with easy steps....i am writing it...after following the recepie procedure and preparing it of 500grams of gobhi Manchurian. I can recommend that, just follow the instructions and procedure. It will done without any trouble.All steps are very well explained.....My family enjoyed a lot, it was. really very very tastey....I am satisfied about it.Thank you for sharing the recipe.

My wife almost fought with me to get more share. :) She loved it! And so did I. Your style of preparing is different than that of others and has better results.
Thanks a ton, I tried it today and the Ghobi turned out excellent. I need to experiment with sauce a little bit to get to my liking. Also, is there a way to get the Ghobi ready before and keep it crispy for a couple hours?
