And the world knows how the words of 'Madam Noor Jahan' came true.After this, even after going to Pakistan, 'Madam Noor Jahan' raised the same flag of fame with her skills, as she had raised in India before independence. It is said that his songs were broadcast daily on Radio Pakistan and they were not recorded. She used to go to the radio station and sing and it was broadcast live. This sequence continued for many years. His singing and acting career lasted for about 60 years. During this period, he sang more than 10,000 songs in languages like Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi etc. Worked in more than 50 films in both the countries. Of these, about 35-36 had been done even before India's independence. Then she went to Pakistan and achieved the status of being the first woman film director there. In this capacity, he made a Punjabi film ‘Chann Ve’ in 1951. The singing and acting in this was also his. And in the end, he retired from this world with the same dignity with which he lived his life. It was the 23rd of December, year 2000.
