Recipe:
Roasted Chicken in An Air Fryer
Ingredients:
Chicken 600 gms
Curd 3Tbs
Lemon Juice 1Tbs
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic Cloves 8-10
Green Chilies 2
Green Coriander Leaves A Handful
Cashews 8-10
Deggi Mirach Powder 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Kasoori Methi 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2tsp
Chaat Masala Powder 1/2tsp
Jeera Powder 1/2tsp
Meat Masala Powder 1/2tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2tsp
Mustard Oil 2Tbs
Besan Gram Flour 1Tbs
Oil for Coating Chicken Pieces.
*Marinate the Chicken with the paste made of above mentioned ingredients for at least for an hour. Longer the time you keep the chicken marinated, better the taste you get.
* Preheat the Air Fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 4-5 minutes.
* Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer n run the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
* After first 10 minutes, Coat/brush the chicken pieces with oil/butter and flip the sides of the chicken.
* Run the Air Fryer for another 6-7 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Check after five minutes are over, to avoid over roasting of chicken and getting it dry. Air Fry it again for the rest of the set minutes.
* It's done.
*Serve hot with Chutney/salad/sauce of your choice.
