Dj's AIR FRIED FISH RECIPE:

Double the quantity of fish at Home
Or To Spend Double the amount for The Same Quantity of fish from the restaurant or fish points..
Following are the ingredients I used to marinate the fish pieces.
Fish (I used boneless Malli) : 300gms
Lemon juice : 1 Tbs(1 lemons)
Garlic Paste : 1/2 Tbs
Ginger Paste : 1/2 Tbs
Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirach Powder : 1 tsp
Corn Flour : 1 Tbs
Egg White : 1 Egg
Salt as per Taste..
Oil : 2 Tbs
* Cut or get the boneless fish cut in 2 inches pieces. Sprinkle all the above mentioned spices, corn flour, lemon juice and one tablespoon of oil over fish pieces, egg white and mix them properly..
* Keep the fish pieces marinated for at least an hour for better taste.
* Preheat the Air Fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 3-4 minutes.
* Apply oil on the base of Air Fryer Bucket and arrange fish pieces in such a way that they don't overlap each other.
* Run the Air Fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
* After first 10 minutes, apply leftover oil over the fish pieces with a brush to keep the moisture n juices of the fish intact n not to get the fish pieces get dry.
* Run the Air fryer for another 6-7 minutes at a temperature 200 degrees Celsius.
* It's done. Serve Air Fried Fish with a sauce or salad or chutney of your choice.
