@@adigamingyt8389 no but our mother is cooking in a clean kitchen and that too for a fixed amount of time following proper hygiene. While these sellers sell it on street side without following proper hygiene. Looks like your father is the one making roti in this video.
But is it made from whole flour or refined flour as in maida.....cos it looks like it requires a lot of gluten and isnt possible with whole wheat flour.... i believe these restauranters r fooling ppl claiming its whole flour?
Once I saw making of this roti on cook show , they didn't added another coat, just the first one only and took that perfectly from matka.... I Still appreciate their efforts.
