My mother used to bake cakes by the kadhai method. She used to put sand in it and cover with the lid topped with hot coals !!!!! Best cakes ever !! Nice and easy recipe Chef !!!

That's such a great recipe. I watched your video for the first time today and I must say I really appreciate the simple & easy way you told to make these cookies. I went to the kitchen made the cookies, and it was all done in 45 minutes (coz I made all at once in oven). They taste delicious with Planet Ayurveda Green Tea. I just didn't put milk, sugar, and pista on top. Thanks for your hard work, appreciate it.

Hi Kunal Kindly tell me if I have to cook them in microwave what should be the settings and for how long? I have Murphy Richard's 25CG microwave. I tried the recipie. The dough turned out perfect but couldn't bake the cookies right 😔
Next please make aata jaggery cookies...or any recipe with whole wheat flour and jaggery.... because I can't consume refined flour or white sugar...it's a request.
