Chef.. main bachpan me bahot nan khatai khati thi, ek uncle tin container me laker gali gali me bechte they. Mere in-laws me koi bhi nan khatai nahi khata. Main kal raat ko nan khatai yaad ker rahi thi, maine apne husband ko online search kerne ko bola.. Aur aaj chef aapne recipe dedi. 🙏🏻 Recipe bhi tricky nahi hai. Definitely will try at home. My 11 year old daughter loves cooking. Will bake with her. 10/10❤️

My mother makes it with only few ingredients. Maida, ghee, sugar and pinch of salt. Rest she used to depend on the big mithaiwala oven to get it baked for her. I remember she making in batches of 100 for diwali 😘

We used make at home and go to bakery for baking.. Diwali ke time pe line lagti thi ab to ghar ghar ovens hain to arams se bann jati hai..most favourite thing in house.. mummy used to mix ghee and sugar for so long to make it crispy aur main to iska kacha dough bhi khati thi 😊
