Actually by roasting the eggplant for the usual bharta it has a nice smokey aroma which will not be in this case. Although this is a new different way of making too. Good recipe.

Yes Ashokji I agree - in order to achieve the aroma of the roested brinjal is to put hot charcoal in a small steel bowl placed it inside cooked bharat and add with drop of ghee then cover it for one minute before removing the charcoal 😋

Agar stone Ka issue hai toh shayad aap baingan bhi Nahi kha sakte. Tomato, baingan, palak etc. Still do check with doctor. Hamein toh bandh Kiya tha.

मैडम कुकिंग में हर तकनीक आपकी इच्छा पर निर्भर है। लेकिन लहसुन और अदरक डालकर कभी बनाकर देखें भले ही आप उसे सब्जी कहें किंतु खाते समय अनुभव करेंगे कि भरता वास्तव में यही है। हाँ जैन बंधु बहनें जो लहसुन अदरक नहीं खाते हैं तो वे बिना लहसुन अदरक के भी भरता बना सकते हैं।
