Actually by roasting the eggplant for the usual bharta it has a nice smokey aroma which will not be in this case. Although this is a new different way of making too. Good recipe.
Yes Ashokji I agree - in order to achieve the aroma of the roested brinjal is to put hot charcoal in a small steel bowl placed it inside cooked bharat and add with drop of ghee then cover it for one minute before removing the charcoal 😋
