किनेमा कसरी बनाउने | किनेमा बनाउने तरिका | How to make Kinemaa fermented soyabean
This video shows how I made Kinema/Kinemaa "fermented soyabean" at my home.
Kinema (in Nepali) is an ethnic food of Rai, Limbu and eastern Nepali people.
It is popular in other country as well. Nato in Japan and several other namea in other country likw miso, hawaijar, aakhone etc.
It is made from soyabeans with boiling, gentle packing and allow its natural fermenation process.
It needs tobe warm for its natural fermentation process. Kathmandu temperature is very suitable for Kinema making these day as it is hot with 32-34 °c nowadays.
It needs one or two days (depends on temperature) for Kinema fermentation once packed it. I tried to show you the process of Kinema making in urban setting. This method is little different in different setting like village and other country but main idea is to ferment soyabeans.
