I don't know that you would beleive or not but ,I can surely say that I have gone through this vibration process .

I've done it so many time during 2012 to 2015... it happened first time when I was sleeping I scared the hell out... Because I've seen myself sleeping from a distance then I started levitating and went up through roof... After that it went common I tried to fly out of planet and galaxies... I know no one will gonna believe that but it's my story I've gone through so many experiences between that phase. But I know what happened with me it was real it was there... And it was a best phase of my life in a way I mean I was literally happy from inside (consciousness). I know what are we.

This is true , i have personally felt it while I was asleep twice ...i medidate a lot with mantra one day I was chanting one mantra i fell asleep ...and what happened was shocking 😳...i got out of my body and that soul/awareness /atma ...was chanting same mantra ...i was like air..or smoke....i could see my body....and the room ...but then my body made some movement that soul became aware of my body being awake....and awareness decided to enter it....and that whole thing was very violent....and then I woke up...it was scary....and after that incident i stopped meditation.

I don't speak Hindi but I have had involuntary OBE.. I panicked!.. I became interested and read The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.. thanks.🇳🇿

I had done this first time when I was 22. Now I am 28 and after years of practice I can say I perfected it about 70%. I just did it today afternoon when my wife was making rangoli in Living room and I was sleeping in my bedroom. I was standing behind her watching her doing rangooli. The toughest part is to get inside body again. The astral body wants to stay outside and My body wants to get it in and wakeup. Its literally a fight. At such time one should try shaking his/her head which would allow you to wakeup. Tip for practice- You body should be hell tired. So that it sleeps instantly but your mind should stay awake. Relax your body as much as possible. The time you feel itchiness on your body thats the time you are entering the mode. Don’t scratch your body. Try to ignore and control yourself from scratching.

Most of the time, what I dreams it becomes true in future. Once I remembered the dream which I had 6 months ago came to one day. And when it was happening I realised that I had dreamed it earlier. Even after my father's death I talked to him in my dream twice, but I thought it's just a game of mind. Today I realised that it was true. I have experienced sleep paralysis more than 100 times in my life but have never experienced astral travel.

I have experienced this one day I played too much pubg and when I went to sleep in dream I can see myself first time I thought it's a sleep paralysis but now I can know this it is an astral travel

Some tips: When you are out of body, it will take some time for vision to come so don't panic if you don't see anything. Second, you will see that at one time only 1 sense out of 5 senses will be most active, while others will fade. Third, returning back to body is the easiest, just think you're back, and if you panic or fear, you'll automatically return back.

Bhai bhai bhai. Mene Kiya it's fucking real. When I was doing this. Muze Aisa laga ke koi chehra mere chehre ke bilkul paas aaya hai. Ekdam paas... Mai use mehsoos kar rha tha. Fir acchanak 1 second ke liye mai us chehre ke POV se dekhne laga aur jor se upar nikal gaya. Aur upar jate jate muze apna sirf chehra dika. Aur wo negetive image jaisa dikhai diya. Sirf 1 ya 2 seconds ke liye thaa... I'm so glad that Maine 10% hi sahi lekin astral travel kiya. I'll practice more and will do it properly for sure.

I have never done astral projection but I had sleep paralysis only once in my life. It felt like an OBE. I was sleeping with my eyes closed but still could see everything around the room. My body was asleep but my mind was fully conscious of my surroundings. I could hear my family watching TV in the hall and I could hear someone going to the toilet. In my mind I was trying to wake up and call out to my mother out of panic but couldn't do it. I could see some force holding down my left hand. A few minutes later I was finally able to wake up.

steps for hammock technique - 1. lie down on bed or floor (the choice is urs) but make sure ur spinal cord is straight 2. focus on ur breathing (focus how the air goes in and comes out) 3. totally relax ur body and continue doing 2nd step 4. allow ur body fall asleep but keep ur mind awake (IMPORTANT STEP) 5. if u have done all the steps correctly , after a while u will start feeling "VIBRATIONS" in ur body , thats a sign that u are about to get out of ur body 6. DONE ! u are now astral projecting if u cant do it in fisrt try , dont be upset , practice it regularly :)
