Yes, You surely can add lemon juice n lemon zest in the end to name it Lemon Mushrooms or Lemon Chicken.

Following are the ingredients I used for cooking this dish Mushrooms: 300 gms Onions: 2-3 medium sized Ginger Paste: 1Tbs Garlic Paste: 1Tbs Green Chilies: 2 finely chopped Cashews: 15-20 for Cashew Paste Fresh Cream: 100 gms Butter: 20gms+20gms Milk: 200 ml Oil: 2Tbs Black Pepper Powder: 1tsp Kasoori Methi: 1/2tsp Garam masala powder: 1/2tsp Dry Coriander Powder: 1/2tsp Salt as per taste

Then I can't help. We use milk or its by-products in many dishes. When we make Raita, we add milk in Curd to adjust its consistency. However Choice is all yours..
