Please suggest yoga for slip disc patients as I am one.Forward bending is prohibited to me as I am suffering from L5 -S1 disc prolapse. So which yoga can I do because maximun yoga requires forward bending. If so is the case then it means I can't do any yoga for lifetime. Please guide me.
