Mam kuchh kamar dard ke liye bataiye meri kamar ke nichle hisse mein itna dard rahata hai ki main 10 minut bhi Bina sahare nahin baith sakti aur ab 3 mahinon se arthritis se bhi pareshan hu apka video dekhkar yoga karne baithi to 10 minut bhi nahin baith Pai meri umra 35 yearhai aur 7 mahine pahle meri normal delivery Hui thi

@@Yogawale मैडम मैं चाहता हूँ की आप एक डिटेल वीडियो मुद्राओ के ऊपर बनाओ. मुद्रा मतलब वो जो प्राणायाम करते हुए lagaate है जैसे ध्यान मुद्रा, वायु मुद्रा ये सब. इन सब के बारे में thoda डिटेल से सबको पता chalna चाहिए की कौन si मुद्रा लगाने से क्या फर्क पड़ता है. प्राणायाम में इनका बहुत महत्त्व है और इन मुद्राओ के बारे में ज्यादा लोग जानते भी नहीं है सो आपके वीडियो से सब जान के अपने according इनका use करेंगे. हो सकता है ये toipc tough हो पर दूसरे योग teacher के लिए होगा, आपके लिए नहीं. सो कोशिश करियेगा मैडम. Thank u. ऐसे ही वीडियो बनाते रहिये.
