I have been practicing Anulom-wilom pranayam for the last 5 years to bring down my high B.P Is it correct or should I change to Chandra Bheda n pranayam? Which one is more effective to reduce high BP?.

I am a senior citizens of 65 years , having high blood pressure since last ten years . Please tell me in one day how much total time this pranayam can be done. Now I am doing total 25 minutes in three sitting.
