Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 3 tbsp
Sichuan Pepper - 3-4 pc
Pani - 1 se 2 glass
Namak - taste according
Cheeni - ½ tsp
Citric acid - 1 chutki / ya fir 2 tsp nimbu juice
Ajinomoto - 1 chutki optional
Corn Flour - 1 se 2
Pani - Noodles Boil Karne ke Lie
Hakka Noodles - 1 packet/200g
Namak - noodles boil ke lie 1 tsp
Oil - noodles fry karne ke lie
Pyaaz - 1 slice
