How to Make Dabeli Masala • 4 tbsp - Dhaniya Seed / Coriander

• 4-5 - Laung / Cloves
• 1/2 tsp - Trifala / Teppal / Sichuan Peppercorn
1 - Chakrafool / Star Anise
• 1 tbsp - Saunf / Fennel Seeds
• 2" - Dal Chini / Cinnamon
• 2 - Kali Elaichi / Black Cardamom •
• 2 - Tej Patta / Bay Leaf
• 4 tbsp - Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder / Red Chili Powder
• 1 tsp - Kala Namak / Black Salt
Regular namak
• 1 tsp - Amchoor / Dry Mango Powder
• 4 tbsp - Grated Nariyal / Grated Coconut
• 3 tsp - Sugar / Cheeni
Lal Chutney - 4 tbsp Lal Mirch Kashmiri / Non Spicy
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
