Mustard Oil - 2 Laddle
Bay Leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1
Cumin - 1 Tsp
Green Cardamom - 4
Star Anise - 1
Cloves - 1/2 tsp
Mace - 1
Black Cardamom - 2
Whole Red Chillies - 2
Onions - 6
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Chicken - 750 gms
Minced Chicken - 250 gms
Tomato Puree of - 2 Tomatoes
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chicken Masala - 1 tsp
Curd - 100 gms
Coriander Leaves - a few
Roasted Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
