I still remember those two guys (One sardar guy from Delhi falsely accused by a girl and one guy from Mumbai who slapped a girl in return of her slap) who wasted five yrs of their lives because of false cases on them.
That delhi girl was later found to be Aam admi party worker & were planted to highlight any issue so that delhi govt/party can protest against central govt. via police bcj it comes under central home ministry. And some more tinny political points can be scored by AAP
In India today the racket of fake cases increasing where men loses his dignity and job and livelihood even before the trial starts, without a job he doesn't have money to afford a good lawyer for his defence. So to avoid this nonsense either they do what the girl wants or they do not protest or they commit suicide so that atleast his parents don't shamefully suffer because of him..

Judge is sharp. The female lawyer at 1st didn't read that part where dying declaration mentions that the accused woman threatened the deceased man/boy to implicate in a false rape case. He caught her lie on case diary too.
She must be punished yes. And the person who committed suicide did not have enough courage to stand up against this. What was his mother's fault? What was his family's fault that they lost their son? Why do men now give up so easily?! It isn't the end of the world. Fight for your rights till the last ounce of breath. Use social media. Get in touch with higher officials. Get in touch with public. Even before being proved culprit he is presumed culprit by court , society and everyone . Even after a long fight if he gains acquittal from court he looses his dignity,job and everything. No one gives him job.Not only that his entire family suffers but on the other hand the girl is given recognition,bravery awards and praised by everyone. People courts media make her a hero. Even if a man proofs himself innocent courts and judges are so biased that they do not punish a girl just because she is a girl. And society does not change perception even for such notorious girls. Women are misusing the laws very much. GOVT should think about men and their family and come up with balanced law and process. I agree, in women case, neither police nor any GOVT organization comes to the support of men to even check whether the allegations have any base or not. The main problem is that even after proving a false accusation of rape or molestation or dowry, the law don't punish the woman who filed fake cases. When judiciary has became serious on this, fake cases would be stopped and genuine cases would come in courts.
Nah. Most of the time you can't prove it was a false rape what happens is it get's dismissed because of lack of evidence. If you can prove it's a false charge they do go to jail. But it's very very difficult to do so.
