I always wanted to learn the exact way to make the bazaar style chole. tried this recipe and it turned out really tasty. I like your videos and the way you explain 'why' certain step is to be followed or not to be missed really helps a lot. Even how many times to wash and the quantity of soda to be adjusted according to the freshness of soda. Thank you very much for your cooking videos. Keep up the good work. One of the best recipe ever tried. Tried this on my husband's birthday party. Only skipped black tea water. Instead of black tea I used 6 dried amla taste amazing. Everyone loves this chhole specially my husband who always telling me in USA there's no one restaurant who has authentic chhole bhature like this. Thank you 😊

My wife often makes Chole, but never liked it much as it lacked the Pindi chole colour and the authentic taste, she tried other recipes but yet we weren't fully satisfied, today she followed this same recipe by you Bharat , and it was super tasty and she said it was very quick to prepare. *I tried this* And I would like to give some tips if you're trying it for the first time:- -Don't add more tea water, it makes it sour and it tastes weird -And instead of using tea water, take a bag of tea and add it in the cooker while boiling chole, then add those chole in the recipe! It's better! -take 4 tomatoes Instead of 3 (to give a tangy taste) -In the masala add 1.5 tbspoon of amchoor -Use 1/4 tb spoon of garam masala -if it became sour (due to extra salt or etc) then add 2 small balls of chapati dough in it and leave it for 1/2 an hour or 1 hour! These small tips makes it tastier Don't give up if it didn't come out as well as you expected 'There are no regrets in life,just lessons' 👍 You learn a new trick everytime you try a recipe

@@sumaniastha8609 No I made this for the first time for my parents and I thought I wish I would've known some tips before so I tried to help others My mother has her own recipe She doesn't use tea bags I would still prefer my mother's recipe over this! But I think not everybody's taste is the same so I wrote down what I learned from my mistakes while making!

saira ali What he means i think is the whistle has to be 6-7 ...the time depends on your cooker pressure...etc. But in my opinion it would be 15-20 mins at least. Still make sure the water etc. Is sufficient in ur cooker. Hope it helps.

हमें तो बाजार के काले छोले पसंद नहीं बल्कि ऑरेंज सा कलर ही अच्छा लगता है और सोडे के कारण ही छोलो का टेस्ट खराब होता है,कभी बिना सोडे के बनाओ,देखना कितने टेस्टी लगेंगे

Bhai mazaa aagayaa. We live in Manhattan, NY and are always trying out Indian recipes. My wife is a seasoned cook but I make only once in a while when I feel like it. Aapke yeh chole banaaye aur biwi aur bachche maan ne ko taiyyaar hee nahin hain that I made these. Just to let you know, I added a little bit of the kalonji seeds which really upped the flavor. I was looking for this taste from last 10 years that i had at a restuarant and today when i made it i didnt expect to be same.I used amchur powder instead of anaar dana.will be making this everytime.
