There was a bomb blast and the culprit was caught but no investigation has been done till now. What kind of a system is this? These are IPS officers who do not know anything and the IO has no any information. We cannot consider that person guilty until it is proven in the court. Till now that person is in jail and the charges could not be proved. All these officers have together framed that person.
