Firstly thanks and a big shout out to @success law classes . The thing is that a lot of tier 3 college passout law graduates might also be watching these videos and it's a great way for them to understand as to what fineness are required while making submissions during arguements. So a big shoutout to you admin
Just because an allegation has been made someone does that mean he/she should be treated as a criminal. You forgot innocent until proven guilty. What if he is found innocent?? He has already spent 2 years and 9 months and if found innocent what about the trauma he has already undergone??
@@visheshjha3123 ofcourse but gravity of the offence is a consideration which courts have to take into account , provided theyre satisfied that there exists a prima facie case against the accused
@@visheshjha3123 In the Present case there are sufficient evidence against the accused and merely that he is a first time offender should not be sufficient consideration in grant of bail as the offence complained of is a serious offence
@@nil6226i think you didnt see other similar petitions in every case prosecution said the same thing ohhh we got enough evidence blah blah bail is a rule jail in exception its a robbery case not a murder or any other major offence ! You cant locked everybody for years without trials ! People are rotting in jails for years no charges have been framed or trial !
