Sir.maine pahele divorce file kiya hai.aur wife date pe bhi aayi thi.lekin muje yahi bolti hai k tu duniya k koi bhi court me ja jb meri marzi nahi hogi tb tk tuje divorce dugi hi nahi..ab wo dv case karne ki dhamki de rhi hai..job karti thi maintance k liye job bhi chod diya..to court sirf ladies ko hi support karti hai?

Dv केस का रिपलाय दिया वकिल नही था उस दिन 3 से 4 मिस्टेक हो गयी रिपलाय मे वकिल से बात की बोला की एक अप्लिकेशन देना दे देंगे । क्या हो सकता हे

Sir 2019 me mere (mata,pita aur bahan}khilaf Dv act case lagaya, 2023 me judge saheb ne interim maintanance kharij kar diya aur Maine us par galat Rajnish v/s neha affadvit par perjury 340 ka case 2022 me lga diya...Ab judge saheb bahut lambi tarikh de rahe hai....

Sir meri wife ne crpc 125 and DV12 ka case kia hai...crpcc 125 ki ddare par mai nhi gya or ab DV12 ki date 11 july ki mili hai....Meri wife ne gaon me jake case kia hai or meri sister bhi uske karib ke gaon me rhti hai to ek Police hawaldar aj unke ghar jake bolke aya h ki 11 july ko court me a jana ..Jab isme police ka koi role nhi h to koi policewala kaise ake bol sakta hai court ane jab ki jo notice aya h uspe meri sister and jiju ka naam bhi nhi hai..kya us policekrmi ke is tarah ke bartaw ke liye mai uspe koi case kar sakta hu kyuki mujhe lgta h ki wo mere sasural ki taraf se riswat leke bas darana chahta hai....plz reply sir...

DV Case me Applicant ka crose complete ho gya hai or witness ke gavahi vi complete ho gi hai respondent ke bi witness ki gavahi complete ho gi hai ab only respondent ka crose rehta hai is time kya applicanyka advocate koi avoidance ki demand kar sakta hai please help me

फाईनल जजमेंट आ जाने के बाद पति दूसरा शादी करने के लिए स्वतंत्र होगा ना सर Iउसके बाद तो पत्नी और दूसरा के स नही ना कर पाएगी पति पर | सर जी और एक बात . पत्नी जो दहेज लायी हे उसको कब आपस करना पड़ता हे । जजमेंट के दिन ही या दुसरे किसी दिन । प्लीज सर रिप लाई 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Interim order par wife alternate acomadation nahi gayi or paiso ka interim order appeal me hai, stay nahi mila session court se tab pati ko jail hogi

Sir 125crpc lagane ke baad bhi D.V mein maintenance laga sakti hai.kya 300 crpc ka application lagana padega court mein.Time limit abhi present mein kitna for filing D.V.Act mein.kyunki already 3.5 years ho gaya hai wife ko ghar chhodkar.125 Allahabad mein lagaya hai,aur humne divorce mumbai mein file kiya hai,toh kya mumbai H .M act 24 lagaya jaa sakta hai wife ke taraf se.pls explain

Hello sir love your content it is really helpful, i have a question regarding my case, my wife filed a false DV case on me and my parents and i have be on 17 hearings without fail but my wife only showed up twice when judge gave her warnings, and this will be my 18th hearing and i am about to submit my affidavit. What happens when she doesn't show up on the give dates, because she works as a government employee and she skips all the hearings and on the last hearing she submitted an incomplete Affidavit without giving any income proof or any other documents.

Sir puruse aayog ke liye SC ne sabut maange kya mahila aayog ke liye sabut nhi manga tha aisi ki mahila hai ki sashural me rahi bhi nhi aur dv act laga deti kya ye kanoon nhi banana chahiye ki baina chhan bin ke koi notice bhejana galat hai srif paise ke bhukhe rah gye hai
