INGREDIENTS:
For Chilla:
* Yellow Moong Dal(पीली मूंग दाल) - 1/2 Cup
* Ginger Garlic Green Chili Paste(अदरक लहसुन हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) - 1
Spoon
* Semolina(सूजी) - 1/4 Cup
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1/4 Cup
* Corn flour or Arrowroot(कॉर्नफ्लोर या अरारोट) - 1/4 Cup
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Fenugreek seeds(कसूरी मेथी ) - Some
* Asafoetida(हींग) - 1 Pinch
* Carom seeds(अजवाइन ) - Some
* Water(पानी) - As Required
For Masala:
* Oil(रिफाइंड तेल) - Some
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Spoon
* Spring Onion(हरी प्याज) - 1 Cup
* Ginger Garlic Green Chili Paste(अदरक लहसुन हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट) - 1 Spoon
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च ) - Some
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
* Carrot(गाजर) - Some
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च ) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Kashmiri Red chilli powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - Spoon
* Crushed Red chilli powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Coriander powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Cumin powder(जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 1/2 Tsp
* Boiled Potato(उबले आलू) - 2-3
* Raisins(किशमिश) - Some
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - Some
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Cottage Cheese/Paneer(पनीर) - Some
Green Chutney:
* Spinach leaves(पालक का पत्ते) - 1 Cup
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1/2 Cup
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/4 Cup
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Spoon
* Curd(दही) - 1/2 Bowl
* Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन) - 1/4 bowl
* Water(पानी)
Meethi Chutney:
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1 Bowl/100Gram
* Water(पानी) - 50 ml
* Water(पानी) - 50 ml
* Coriander powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Spoon
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red chilli powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1 Spoon
* Crushed Red chilli powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Amchoor powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Asafoetida(हींग) - 2 pinch
* Cumin powder(जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Black salt, Salt(काला नमक, नमक) - 1/2 Spoon
* Saunth powder(सौंठ पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Cumin powder(जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
RECIPE:
For Chilla Filling: take a pan, put Oil, Cumin Seeds & roast. Then add Spring Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green chili Paste, Capsicum, Tomato, Carrot, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Gram masala, Roasted Cumin Seeds powder, Black Pepper powder in it & mix it well. Then add boiled & mashed Potatoes mix it. Then add Raisins, Cashew Nuts. garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
For Green Chutney: in a mixer jar, put Chopped Spinach, Coriander leaves, Mint Leaves, Green chili, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, Curd, Sev/Namkeen in it, and grind it. In this way, Chutney will get ready to serve.
For Meethi chutney: Keep the pan on the flame, put Jaggery, Water, Then in a bowl, add Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Kashmiri Red chili powder, Crushed red chili powder, Salt, Asafoetida, Amchoor powder, Roasted Cumin Seeds powder, Black salt, Ginger powder, Asafoetida mix it well. Then this mixture add to the pan & Boil till it is thick In this way, Chutney will get ready.
For Cheela: take some Yellow Moong Dal & soak them for 2 hours then grind them using some Water. Take it out in a bowl and put Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili Paste, Gram Flour, and Semolina, in it & mix it well and let it rest for 10 mins Then add Cornflour, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Fenugreek seeds, Asafoetida. Then add some water & make a batter like dosa. then Keep a Tawa on flame, put some Water & wipe it spread the batter on the heated Tawa & cook it. Apply some Oil on it Then add Stuffing, and grated Paneer on it & Cook it and take it out on a plate. Make more Chillas similarly.
