Maintainable is required in some genuine cases. Law aise individualise ni kar sakte. Instead, fake cases ke liye punishment bahut strict kar deni chaahiye. They will atleast be fearing ki pakde gaye toh phir bahut bura hona hai. Tab honge fake cases kam.

This Papa ki Pari!! Due to her Ego and the greed of maintenance money, she wants kids custody not because of love towards children.. Look how she is speaking in the court premises. Its clear she wants money, kids and freedom. At 18.05 duration, she is advising her lawyer to say to judge that she will be getting maintenance and she will take care of her kids. The judge using empathy and asking the wife to think about her and kids future was very good to hear.... But also if the person doesn't want to live with cheater should be heavily considered... if you cant trust that person there is no reason to live under one roof... but she should divorce too.... Thats prejudicial too... This is a case with so many little nuances to consider...

दोनों जज साहेब पुरुष-प्रधानता की दूषित मानसिकता से ग्रस्त हैं। पत्नी को उसका पक्ष ठीक-से रखने भी नहीं दे रहे। बोलने तक का मौक़ा नहीं दे रहे। पहला केस देखा जिसमे जज इतने प्री-जजमेंटल होकर एक-महिला को बार बार कमज़ोर साबित कर रहे हैं। बहुत घटिया हियरिंग हुई है। सिंपल - पत्नी-पति के साथ यहीं रहना चाहती : पति पर चाइल्ड सपोर्ट-बाउंड करें। और पत्नी को ऑप्शन देना चाहिए की १-२-३ साल तक अलहदा रहें। इस बीच दोंनो में समझौता होता है तो ठीक , वर्ना फाइनल डाइवोर्स।

@thezoldics7648You probably haven't seen the bad condition the children have to go through in a such situations. The life of children is worse than hell. They find themselves in a situation they can't do anything about. The parents have no set of time to fight and create ruckus. from 12 noon to 3 AM in the midnight. I've seen a lot of such families. And ultimately there's no future for such kids. They never actually do have a good career and successful family life. And parents are known to use children as a tool in their bickering. For the good and peace of the children it's best to get separated. Children have their own life. The kids won't be alive forever and anyways they are not an ideal people to look forward for inspiration.

Have seen such cases in real life, out of court. Ppl judging man's character by kids behaviour are completely wrong. Mothers tend to manipulate kids a lot more by cribbing about the father. These kids will never talk to the dad until it's too late. Not aboslving dad for anything but, don't judge him by kids' demeaner.

It may be that the child's maternal grandparents are alive till he becomes something good, his mother's job gets better in some other place, or his salary gets good in this job.And as far as it is concerned about the knowledge of the law of the judges, then they have knowledge only then they have occupied this post. You have not said anything new in this. But many times it is seen that the judge changes the decision of another judge, so what to say on that? The old judge had little knowledge of law or was he dumb? Or only those who overturned the decision are aware of the law? Every person's decision can be right or wrong no matter what position he is in. Just because he is the judge he must be right, should not stop asking questions.

It would have been taken in accountability if her father has some business with her will also included into that business. Now as she said during the hearing in which she demanded maintenance from her husband quoting 40k but increased to 60k is wrong but at the time she wasn’t earning anything on that ground she is awarded 40k. A family with teenagers with both of the parents doesn’t need 40k+15k+8k+pension how come when she herself is defending that she can manage two children with 15k needs 40k of maintenance. It was a generous behavior by the previous court + her income at that instance was null that’s why she was awarded 40k pm as maintenance. Court is not wrong in anyway here she herself never appeared for the hearing of her husband’s domestic violence charges of which she knew she doesn’t have any proof.

@@kshitizbhushan6447 Yes you're absolutely correct. दोनों जज साहेब पुरुष-प्रधानता की दूषित मानसिकता से ग्रस्त हैं। पत्नी को उसका पक्ष ठीक-से रखने भी नहीं दे रहे। बोलने तक का मौक़ा नहीं दे रहे। पहला केस देखा जिसमे जज इतने प्री-जजमेंटल होकर एक-महिला को बार बार कमज़ोर साबित कर रहे हैं। बहुत घटिया हियरिंग हुई है। सिंपल - पत्नी-पति के साथ यहीं रहना चाहती : पति पर चाइल्ड सपोर्ट-बाउंड करें। और पत्नी को ऑप्शन देना चाहिए की १-२-३ साल तक अलहदा रहें। इस बीच दोंनो में समझौता होता है तो ठीक , वर्ना फाइनल डाइवोर्स।

Mr. video uploader/channel owner... one name of 3rd person with his location and identity has been mentioned by that lady in this video. Please beep that part to respect someone's privacy on public channels. It is a cyber crime to show such personal information.. even by mistake. Please correct it. Thanks for uploading such nice videos.

@@abhijittripathi1385 Get permission first before posting any PII of anyone -> It is the privacy rule of RU-vid. Please check. And any violation of privacy rule is unlawful under section 72A mentioned in The Information Technology Act, 2000. If any crime committed by anyone using that personal information of person X, then a criminal case can be registered against youtube or it's users if needed.
