दो बाते और अन्य चाहिए थी 1.झूठ को अपराध घोषित करना। जिससे झूठे केस, गवाही, FIR, फर्जी डॉक्यूमेंट इत्यादि सभी के लिए सजा मिल जाती। 2 अनिवार्य lie detector and Polygraph test केस करने वाले और अभयुक्त के लिए। इन दोनो नियमो से असंख्य फर्जी केस बंद हो जाएंगे, गलत सजा नही मिलेंगे, और तुरंत मुकदमे भी खतम हो जाएंगे

Ma'am पूरी बात नहीं बता रही हैं...आखिर भारतीय पुलिस की कार्यशैली इतनी अच्छी हो गई है कि उसको नायिक हिरासत का अधिकार 15 दिनों से बढ़ा कर 60-90 दिन कर दिया गया...इससे पुलिस को मौका मिलेगा घटना को दबाव से बदलने का और अगर police custody देना इतना जरूरी था तो ये रूल भी उसमें ऐड होना चाहिए था कि अगर किसी व्यक्ति की police custody me internal/external injury lage ,coma , ya death हो तो उस पुलिस अधिकारी जिसके कस्टडी में पर्सन था उसपर भी सस्पेंड, डिमोशन, बर्खास्त करने के साथ साथ 3-20 सालों की सजा मिले। (२) आखिर adultery को क्राइम क्यू नहीं बनाया गया... महिला और पुरुष को समानता के साथ सजा का प्रावधान किया जाना चाहिए था।.. नरेंद्र मोदी जी और भाजपा अक्सर हिंदू, हिंदुस्तान और भारतीय संस्कार की बाते करते हैं...क्या उनको नहीं पता है कि adultery की वजह से हर साल लाखो घर , विवाहित जोड़े, और उनके बच्चों का जीवन बर्बाद हो जाता है...मां बाप के ऐसी घटिया हरकत की वजह से बच्चों को कई तरह की मानसिक बीमारियों से गुजरना पड़ता है। ऊपर से Adultery करो और अलग हो जाओ adultery के behalf पर ... लेकिन उनके बच्चों का क्या... ओ क्यूं मेंटल स्ट्रेस झेले...उनके अधिकारों का क्या...?
