The judge asked a question...and the first duty of a lawyer is to answer it first then present arguments...yaha pe ake do char apni banayi hui opinion dekar court ko mat sikhao ki kaise court chalana hai...uska experience apse bahut zyada hai aur woh jante hai kaise ek case handle krna chahiye...apka is field mein kitne saal ka experience hai ? ...bolne ki zaroorat nhi hai...koi cross-check nhi krne jayega agar aap answer bhi de dete hai toh

99 percent of cases are pending as advocates do not want to close the case. Two main reasons behind the unwillingness of advocates in closing the case. 1st: If the case will close, then their clinets will not give them money easily. 2nd: If the case will be lingering, then they will earn more money for conducting a case long.

The judge is not humble he wasted more time as compare to advocate asked to say the thing that he wanted to say.& The advocate was just asking for some seconds for justice. Remember the point that if we are needed then we should th free thousands of wrong people but we shouldn't do injustice with one right person & it was the case of the life of person & the person can be right so we should give some seconds to advocate if he is appealing.

The thing is judge tackled this whole episode very smartly, where anger is time of need, he showed, where silence required he showed. And it is undoubtedly the duty of Advocates to respect court, see Bar Council Rules, you can't just overhype your voice against judge. If you have issue with judge then report to competent authorities.

Man , these judge are also corrupt , and there is no exam for becoming an judge you become judge on the favour of other judges , and on the favour of some ministers. IAS ke bete ko upsc nikalna hi hota hai warna wo IAS nahi ban sakta par inke usme essa nahi hota , ye log apne bete ko bhi Judge bana sakte , help lekar par IAS nahi kar sakta warna uski , chatni bana di jayegi . I'm a layman. From the comments here it appears that both judge and lawyer have equal public support. Both came close to a confrontation but withdrew. For a moment both held on to their ego but realised the dangers of continuing on that path. Kudos to both for their wisdom.

आप जज नहीं है ये तो निश्चित है। यदि आप वकील हैं तो पहले अपनी लिखी पिटीशन और उसमें लगाए एनेक्सचर्स को खुद पढ़ कर कोर्ट में जाइए। जज को पूछने की जरूरत नहीं होगी। अदालत में यदि वकील को ये सोचकर बताना पड़े कि वो जो दलील(arguments) दे रहा है उससे संबंधित तथ्य पिटीशन के किस पेज़ के किस पैराग्राफ में या एनेक्सचर्स में है तो वो अदालत का समय नष्ट कर रहा है।

क्या बात है मित्र, ऐसा नहीं होता, जज सही है यहां। जज से ऐसे बात करना धारा 35 अधिवक्ता अधिनियम के अंतर्गत कानून जुर्म है। भला हो जज साहब का की सिर्फ सुनवाई की ट्रांसफर की वरना वकील साहब की लाइसेंस 4 साल के लिए निलंबित हो सकती थी।

The advocate is not expected to use such type of words as ,' CHILLAI MAT' Minimum mannerism is at least required in the court.If judge is not coming up to the expectations of the advocate then there is scope to appeal in the higher court.

इस तरह का बदतमीजी करने वाले जज को पद में बने रहने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है जिस भी शंका है उसका विरोध स्कोर करना चाहिए वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता के साथ इस तरह के बदतमीजी से बात बात नहीं है काल महाजनी के टैक्स से वेतन लेते हैं और उन्हीं की बात सुने तो कोई इनके पास टाइम नहीं है इसलिए पद में बने रहना ऐसे लोगों अधिकार नहीं है
