Do exercise for 30 - 40 minutes in the morning and brisk walking for 30 minutes in the evening. Avoid simple carbohydrates and increase intake of lean proteins.Avoid over riped fruits or stale vegetables. Try to eat them green. At dinner eat barley dalia.and in breakfast take spouted chickpea, soyabean, black eyed pea, mung bean, moth bean along with 30 gms of nuts such as soaked almonds, walnut and Brazil nut. Also use 30 gms of seeds daily such as flex seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds. Do slow walking for 10 minutes after every meal and drink 350 ml of water after every hour.
