ingredients for dahi sandwich
Dahi ( yogurt ) -2 cups
or
hung curd - 1 cup
( दही का चक्का - दही को छलनी में डाल कर दही का पानी अलग कर ले और दही का जो गाढा पार्ट रह जायेगा उसे ही दही का चक्का कहते हैं )
bread slice-8-10 ( White or brown )
butter 2-3 tbsp
cucumber grated - 3 tbsp
cabbage- 2 tbsp
capsicum- 1 tbsp
red bell peppers- 1 tbsp
yellow bell peppers- 1 tbsp
corn- 1-2 tbsp
carrots - 2-3 tbsp
mint leaves- 1 tbsp
black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
black salt - 1/4 tsp
fresh cream - 1 tbsp
cooking method -
mix all the ingredients for stuffing and fill this stuffing in bread slices .prepare sandwich apply butter on both sid
