नमस्कार मी वैशाली,
खूपदा आपल्या फ्रीज मध्ये खूप सामान असते. बाजारात गेलो तर समोर खूप छान छान ताज्या भाज्या डोळ्यांना दिसतात. त्या ताज्या भाज्या लगेच घ्यायचा विचार मनात येतो आणि आठवतो आपला फ्रीज. लगेच त्यातल्या थोड्या थोड्या शिल्लक राहिलेल्या भाज्या डोळ्यासमोर येतात. मग कितीही इच्छा झाली तरी त्या ताज्या भाज्या न घेता घरी येतो. पण आज आपण अशा थोड्या भाज्या जेव्हा शिल्लक राहतात तेव्हा काय करायचे, त्या भाज्या वापरून आपण पौष्टिक पदार्थ कसा बनवू शकतो ते बघणार आहोत.

How to make thalipeeth from leftover vegetables :
* Take leftover vegetables in the fridge. You can take vegetables like onion, tomato, beet, bell pepper, cauliflower, potato, spinach, fenugreek, coriander, sweet corn etc.
* Grind all the vegetables in a chopper.
* Make a paste of ginger, garlic, chillies.
* Grind bread slices or roti in a mixer.
* Add pure ghee to the pan. Increase the gas flame. Saute ginger, garlic, chili paste for two minutes.
* Then add finely chopped vegetables to the pan and saute the vegetables for two minutes on medium heat.
* Add 1/4 cup water and cover. Cook for two minutes.
* Add finely chopped coriander, salt to taste, half cup boiled and grated potato, pav bhaji masala.
* Increase the gas flame and saute the vegetables.
* Then turn off the heat and add breadcrumbs as needed.
* Make medium sized balls of the mixture. Apply ghee to the pan and pat one ball at a time and bake from both sides.
