Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Moong Dal -1 cup
Potatoes -2
Green peas - 1/3 cup
Ginger (grated)- 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 6
Curry leaves - 12 to 15
Onion - 2
Tomato -1
Green chilli -1 ot 2
Asafoetida (hing)- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder -1 tsp
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
For Tadka :
Ghee -1 tsp
Garlic cloves (chopped)- 4
Curry leaves - 8
