Though I know this recipe v well.. But I was searching for this recipe to share it with one of my friends.. I tried many videos but this stands out.. V detailed.. Thank you. One more variation everyone can try.. Add 200gm of of peeled, boiled (70%cooked) pumpkin (sitafal) and add some chaat-masala. The authentic old Delhi recipe.
