मैं एक लड़की 23age की मेरा बहुत जायदा पोस्चर झुका है मुझे लोग बहुत बोलते हैं लेकिन मुझे बुरा नही लगता है लेकिन इसकी वजह से मुझे पेन बहुत जल्दी होने लगता है पढ़ते समय और jada झुक जाती हु गला भी तो दर्द होने लगता आज से ही मैं ट्राई करती हूं

Very useful exercise, however could not able to do exercise no 2 and 3, as I am suffering from frozen shoulder. Posture is exactly loose as you have shown in the clip. Thanks for such a wonderful exercise.

आपके वीडियो के सहारे मैंने अपना आईएस कंट्रोल में कर रखा है आपका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद और शुक्रिया मैम कम से कम मुझे एक वीडियो ऐसा बनाकर बताइए मैम कि मुझे बहुत अधिक गैस बनती है और खाना ठीक से डाइजेस्ट अभी भी नहीं होता पेट में कभी कभी हल्का दर्द रहता है लेकिन आईबीएस वीडियो रोज़ सुबह सुबह देख कर योग करता हूं मैम मै दिल्ली से हूं। धन्यवाद।

मैम मैं एक स्टूडेंट हु मै पढ़ना चाहता हु लेकिन पढ़ने में बिलकुल भी मन नही लगता है और अगर जबरजस्ती पढ़ने बैठू तो पढ़ा हुआ याद भी नहीं रहता जिसके वजह से मैं बहुत परेशान रहता हु और मन हमेशा दुखी रहता है प्लीज इसके लिए कोई योगा सजेस्ट करे

Thank you so much for your wonderful educative program. I am senior citizen suffering from severe back pain since last 10-12 years consulted many reputed Orthopedicians MRI showed kyphosis scoliosis. Learned &practicing exerises under guidance of qualified physics from med college but it's stable but in between increases. Now my worry is that with time it's difficult to walk in straight line rather always to fear of fall down. Although I am very much active walk whole day abt 7-8 km in aday but not able to bend forward to pick up any thing from floor but I do. Otherwise I have no other desease.I want your opinion abt back braces in market. My height is reduced to 2.5 inches Pl reply abt braces of shoulder &back.I will wait for your reply. Pl tell me surely abt braces. That is my last ray of hope. Thanks dear
